Equine Assisted Counselling
Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) and Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP) sessions are facilitated by a team of two who is qualified as either an Equine Professional or Mental Health professional where one or both are trained as an EAGALA facilitator.
During sessions interaction takes place on the ground between client and horses, thus no riding is involved. No prior horse experience is needed to benefit from this powerful, experiential method to explore growth and self-development.
EAL & EAP is extremely successful as a support to individuals suffering from anxiety, depression, PTSD and other mental health challenges.
